Screen Printing
With our three Semi-Automatic printing lines with UV drying and 60" x 40" capabilites we are able to produce work of the highest quality combined with a fast turn around. With our in-house finishing and collation services we have created the complete print to client solution.The extra storage facilites have allowed our customers to hold work with us and "call-off" product at different times throughout a campaign.
Storage/Distribution Library
One of the extra value-added services that Concept offer is the complete storage and distribution of your printed work not only to one central point but also to many individual sites if required. With our new storage facility we can also provide a long term storage solution of printed material for regular call-off orders. We are able to track your printed material with a library database which can be specifically written to cover the work we produce for you.

Concept Range of Special Inks
We are able to use a variety of special inks to produce an array of very different effects through our screen press.
Thermochromic Inks, used to obliterate print and then revealing the print message above and below at certain temperatures.
Phosphorescent Inks (Glow-in-the-dark) has many different applications, the most common being in warning signs for ships or public service amenities.
We can also use conventional inks and print onto a glow-in-the-dark semi-rigid PVC or self-adhesive vinyl, both substrates are available in different strengths, one grade of material meets all the European ISO grades of warning signs, and the other material can be used for more standard print work.
Photo-reactive Inks are available in four standard colours; purple, red, yellow and blue. The ink is activated by UV light, when the message can be read. When the sun is not out the image fades back to become invisible.
